Night Night
17. septembrī leģendārajā Liepājas klubā “Kursa” norisināsies pirmais “Night Night” elektroniskās mūzikas vakars.
Bez žanra un formāta ierobežojumiem pasākuma gaitā uzstāsies deviņi dīdžeji no Latvijas – Bogdan Taran, Diablo, Brok’n’roll, Holten, Illegance (live), MR.FUNK, Nicolas Barnes, ORTHODOX, E91, kā arī trīs īpaši viesi no Lietuvas – Aiste Regina, Spectrum Gemini un Tumosa. Pasākums norisināsies visas nakts garumā klubā “Kursa”, kur jau Padomju laikos dzimušas un satikušās ikoniskas latviešu mūzikas leģendas.
Klubs “Kursa” atrodas pašā jūras krastā un 60. gadu beigās tika atklāts varenā kolhoza “Boļševiks” paspārnē. Bāra ēka ir viens no spilgtākajiem padomju modernisma arhitektūras piemēriem, kas līdz šodienai saglabājis autentisku un unikālu iekārtojumu. Vārdi “autentisks un unikāls” raksturo ne tikai šo leģendāro vietu, bet arī “Night Night” pasākuma programmu un māksliniekus, kas 17. septembrī pulcēsies kluba vēsturiskajās telpās.

Night Night
On September 17, the legendary Liepaja club “Kursa” will host the first “Night Night” of electronic music.
Without genre and format restrictions, nine DJs from Latvia will perform during the event – Bogdan Taran, Diablo, Brok’n’roll, Holten, Illegance (Live), MRI. FUNK, Nicolas Barnes, ORTHODOX, E91 and three special guests from Lithuania – Aiste Regina, Spectrum Gemini and Tumosa. The event will take place throughout the night at the Club “Kursa”, where iconic Latvian music legends were born and met in Soviet times.
Club “Kursa” is on the very shore of the sea and was discovered under the umbrella of the mighty Kolhoz “Bolshevik” in the late 60s. The bar building is one of the most striking examples of Soviet modernist architecture that has retained an authentic and unique setting until today. The words “authentic and unique” describe not only this legendary venue, but also the programme and artists of the “Night Night” event, which will gather at the club’s historic facilities on September 17.
